For Aadhaar and a Separate Privacy Law

The NDA government has introduced Aadhar Bill 2016, in the Lok Sabha as a money bill without amending the passage of Rajya Sabha .As Aadhar bill was first introduced by Congress therefore they have to approve it.The Aadhar project has been linked to some public subsidy and unemployment benefit schemes like LPG . The benefits of Aadhar-linked payment ,Direct benefit Transfer scheme,direct cash transfer of cooking fuel subsidy.Therefore ,UIDAI(Unique Indentification Authority of India have to implement Aadhar as to disburse all subsidy.
Aadhar enrolment is not mandatory but it is optional like passport but needed to access to benefits.Bill had also mentioned to ensure that no one eligible for a benefit delivered using Aadhar is rejected an Aadhar.But they missed out the most basic question :what about the privacy and security of individual? There are some issues like aadhar bill contains provisions to bar sharing of biometric information and the individual database which may cause threat to any individual by misusing its database and their may be chance that individual who use to work in factory may be he /she can lose his /her biometric identity then there will be great problem for them.For misusing data we can say by using smart phone actually we are giving every information about ourself to google.So there are so many question in opposition and in favor of Aadhar Bill.   

International Water Day Imperatives

The ongoing conflict between Punjab and Haryana over Sutlej-Yamuna.Both states have been arguing for several years about their rights and shares of the surplus waters of Ravi and Beas rivers. They have taken each other to court and broken various pacts and agreements, which lead to water scarcity in the country.As we know 75% of the population live in water-stressed regions, third of whom live in water-scarce areas.Due to climatic region , increase in population and requirement in agriculture, increased rate of urbanisation and industrialisation will make worse the water stress.
The Constitution has water as a state subject except the rules to regulate it so the inflation of water-stress requires to ensure fair and equitable allocation and distribution of water in different region according to priorities so that use of water should be in right way .  For balancing water is a basin-based approach and certain assessments also,which will require river basin authorities those are representative of all constituents by experts.Water distribution is most salient issue for India today and the prime thing is allocation of fair share of water for every state according to certain criteria such as size of dependent population,specification of river-basin ,existing water use and demand.For all this magnum opus water distribution we need certain hierarchy of uses.

Why marital rape must be a crime

Once again  the notorious question arises after Union Minister for Women and child development  Maneka Gandhi  whether marital rape should be treated as a criminal .For this she replied Marital rape can't be included in Indian context due to various factors like illiteracy,poverty,social and religious values.This will lead to controversy among people who call marital rape to be criminalized and the opposition thought it would ruin the institution of marriage.As in India ,coverture is the law principle of marriage ,the women is always under the husband's protection  and authority.In western culture raping of wife is crime. The argument that there is little education and too many customs and beliefs in Indian society which ceases legal reforms.
Presently Indian law exempts non-consensual sex between a husband and wife ,not less than 15 age from being charge with rape but if wife is living separately then it is criminal offence.The norms of society always ruined the different kind of violence. Marital rape is a crime and for this many people used to say that there is possibility of misuse of the penal and will loss marital unity ,we agree but then what about the domestic violence which covers sexually and physical abuse ,can't this be misused. So why not marital rape can be crime. Its time for uphold the autonomy of all women ,irrespective of their marital status.

Opposition derail the Prime Minister

Prime Minister Narendra Modi who wants to make certain development in India but the Opposition constantly raising issues which derail his development planning. Even many a times a PM called upon his party member to focus on development and do not talk unnecessary. Nowadays people start thinking disruption is neither  caused by Opposition party nor by loose talk of  BJP party member but the groups and individuals that are involved in Hindutva platform ,Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). But this is seriously wrong perception. How can you say that people behind the communal clashes are from Hindutva only ,this may be the case there are other people who are doing all this on the name of Hindutva.
There are some people who making bad impression of RSS in public but it doesn't mean that whole group is creating disruption to development. The latest case of Jharkhand in which two muslim killed due to some business rivalry or cattle loot or something else similarly three months ago communal clashes had broken out over beef ,for all this opposition have made situation in such a way that the figure goes to BJP or RSS but actually we can't say who all are there behind these riots. How can people conclude that behind all this riots is RSS . Our PM belonged to RSS so these opposition is trying to involve the Hindudva group.Actually reality is that opposition wants that PM Modi should speaks loosely instead of silence and no anger so that these people will again have chance to get him down .One new word is also introduced by people "INTOLERANCE" after certain riots but people forget that these communal riots are not new , from 1947. Actual reality is that these people are not able to digest the defeat and constantly creating trivial issues to bind the hands of government for further development.
